Best Visual Styles/Themes?

What are some of the greatest Windows 7 themes/visual styles that completely change the way the OS looks? I tried a few, but they were too lame. All of them were dark and shiny, and the transparency effects didn't work for many, if not, ANY of them.

Is there a good theme that offers a Matte Plastic look, kind of like Mac OSX Snow Leopard?

I downloaded the pack with all of his themes. Most of them are unfinished and flawed, plus the Mac OS X look-alike looks terrible.

They look like something a 12-year-old boy would make. They're too "Black N' Shiny", plus they're unfinished.

Many of the graphics are unfinished, and seem lazy. A lot of the white text is on white backgrounds, which make them hard to read.

I have to agree with SG. Both the Verdesh and 7Air styles are amazing, and I have been running one or the other since I installed RTM. I think they are very well done, and haven't found a problem with either of them.
