WSB, Windows 8, how to change active and inactive window color?

I want to edit a theme to make the inactive window of a lighter color compared to the active one. What do I need to change in WSB?

Also, where is the window title text color located exactly? I want to change it to white.

The only way to use WSB on Windows 8 is to have the Alpha test build from there forum so if you have bought 1.5 then you can go there and get/use the test build untell Feb 1st.
