how can i change the hight of explorer top and top frame sharp edge

i am using a theme form deviantart, and i always like to edit it from vista style builder for myself.
my first problem is -

how can i change the hight of explorer top and top frame sharp edge-my-1.jpg

i want all blur in edge like a box.

and the second is-

how can i change the hight of explorer top and top frame sharp edge-my-2.jpg

i want ot increase the hight of top border in explorer, border padding looks bad!

please help me

The 1st one is the corners are to transparent at Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > Normal > Top > Active and Inactive

You may need more shadows at Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Shadow > Top > Active and Inactive

I am not sure you can change the height of the border.
