I can't install UxStyle, probably related with dll files?

I tried to install UxStyle, but it show me a window telling me "Your theme subsystem (e.g uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll) has been tampered with. Uxstyle requires these files be restored before you can continue. Check the forums if you need help."
I installed CustoPack before but already uninstalled because it don't have many choices of themes. So I thought gonna try UxStyle and apply some custom themes, but now I'm stuck at the first place.. Maybe CustoPack patched the files.. I don't know. I still can see CustoPack theme in the Theme folder though I uninstalled the software. Any idea how to fix it? Do I need to find the missing dll files? I will really appreciate if there any advice or helps. Thanks.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums
Do Option 2 of this tutorial SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker it will try to repair any system files or .dll that may be corrupt.
Then follow this tutorial Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7 it will explain how to install UxStyle be sure to use the correct one for your computer 64-bit or 32-bit, basically you turn the UAC all the way down then restart your computer install UxStyle then restart your computer again.

    Cant run sfc /scannow command

Hello i am having the same problem but every time i go to run the sfc /scannow commands in cmd it always gets to 9% and says Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. I have seen posts saying to this make sure the windows module installer service is enabled and set to manual and it is but it still does it.

Forget my previous post i fixed it by scanning the files separately using the sfc /scanfile commands.
