Windows theme changes to basic while streaming-recording after 30min

Recently, I started streaming some games and recording it to disk. Windows has been flicking into Windows Basic theme after about 30min. How can I set windows to *not* change theme regardless of situation? I honestly couldn't care if windows claims my memory is low (my video card has 3GB and I have 24GB system RAM and quadcore hyperthreaded 3770k non-OC).

I'd think for you, with plenty of resources, make sure windows isn't deciding for you.

Start> In search box type performance> Click on Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows> Visual effects tab> I would try Adjust for best performance first> If problem still persists, I would try Adjust for best appearance

Adjust for best performance will untick all the choices, but you can see if that works, and if so, choose Custom, and re-enable other settings. Most suggest to at least check Enable Aero Peek

Sometimes leaving it as is and unchecking Enable desktop composition has worked for some. You will have to experiment.
