I not sure what is going on, try a SFC /scannow and see if that helps.

Maybe ask at How to use theme resource changer and see if they can help.

    Jerry
I do SFC /scannow everyday. No integrity found.

There is one thing that i have to tell you that. The original explorer.exe is missing from windows\system32
    It is visible in C:\
Don't know how it was moved.
Is it reason for 'not changing orb.'

explorer.exe should be in C:\Windows. Do you have the default start orb at all?

I don't know anything else to do, other then stop doing a sfc every day and use a start orb changing program, or a repair install or clean install.

    Sorry

I did sfc and I found explorer.exe in C:\Windows again. But orb didn't work.
