Tried that but nothing. I also re-ran the windows experience index and now it is at 2,1 which is quite a huge drop from the 3,9 but still the theme doesnt work.

I was interested of the huge drop from the windows experience index so i re-ran it again and its back to 3,9 but still the aero theme doesnt seem to be working :/
You could try a Repair Install it will not harm any data or programs you have installed.
If that doesn't help your only other alternative might be Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 if you go this route be sure to backup all your data (documents, pictures, music, videos, etc.) to an external hard drive and locate your drivers from your manufacturer's website first to make it go a lot easier.

So I decided to to a repair install as you sugested for a solution and I got all the files fixed and the aero theme working again, but now I have problem with the internet. It says that I am connected but I cannot browse the web unless I am in safe mode which I am right now to write this.
Sry for the late response.
Good to hear you got most of it going again, I would suggest you start a new thread may be in General Discussion - Windows 7 Help Forums about your Internet problem.
Just a curiosity did you download your Wi-Fi drivers and install them?
Jerry
No. They were allready installed.
