Hello and welcome to the forums charcan,

Do you have a screenshot of how they look? What resolution were the pictures taken? And how are you setting it to display them? If they are a much lower resolution/size than your screen and it is set to Fill/fit/stretch then they will look bad. A way to test this is to change it to center.

When I set it to center the picture is about 1 1/2" X 1 1/2". The properties of this photo are 800X600 with a dpi of 96. I have one photo in the bunch that works beautifully and it is 1024 X 768 with a dpi of 72. I appreciate any help I can get.:)

Hi and welcome to Seven Forums.
You need to use pictures with the same resolution as you monitors native resolution. What w7 is doing is resizing that picture to a bigger size, that will always be blurry. From what I see, your native resolution is 1280x800 so you'll want a photo at least 1280 pixels wide.

EDIT: No problem and you are not a bother.
