    how do i make taskbar black instead of blue?


    Aero was enabled on my taskbar from a program its blue but my taskbar was black and my desktop background is black how do i change my taskbar back to black? i went to personalize and black is already selected font color is blue and i selected black then clicked saved the color didn't change or save

    This is how I got mine black. Right click on the desktop and select Personalize. Select Window Color. Uncheck Transparency. Click on Show Color Mixer. Drag the sliders for Color Intensity, Hue, and Saturation all the way to the right and the slider for Brightness all the way to the left. Save the changes.

    i fixed it by closing the program that caused it well changed the settings in the program
