White Background Folder Internet Theme Windows 7 Anime Theme

So I downloaded this theme right here:

    [Theme Windows 7] Sword Art Online/SAO - V2 [FIX]

My question is, how do I change my default white background folder to the custom anime one they have it made (on the 3rd picture with the pink hair girl)? I want to be able to know how to fix this so I can change it in the future someday. I tried looking up and this is the only one I can find:

how to change folder background windows 7 manly for theme

It didn't explain to me how to fix on using the anime theme that is already made. Any help is appreciated!

    Welcome to the Seven Forums

I was not able to download that theme to look at it, but I would suggest you contact the theme maker and asked them how it is done.

First off, thank you for replying!
To download the theme, there is a download button at the bottom of the smiley face. Then fill out the little thing (making sure you are not a bot). Then copy and paste the link. At the top right, there will be a countdown, wait for it then skip ad. All thats left is to download the .zip file (20.65mb). Hope this help if you are gonna try attempting and thank you again for replying.

That's just too many hoops to jump through to get a theme, like I said earlier you would be best to contact the theme maker and asked how it's done.

I have seen many themes that have pictures in the background and I don't understand how it's done.

Oh alright. Anyways I found out how to do it now, just a little bit more time consuming on how to place it. Thank you for your response though!

Change folder background with Windows 7 Folder Background Changer

^This is the program I used. You might have to do some editing to get your desire look though.
