    Change scrollbar color of theme?

How can I change the custom colored scrollbar in the theme I am using. It is blue but I want it to be black.

It comes with a ExplorerFrame.dll, .theme, and a .msstyles file.

to download just press Ctrl + A and right click a file and click Download. It will download a .zip file.

its not just the scrollbar color but also the background color of buttons. any "button" or selection such as clicking "Next" in and installer application. The background of the box that says "Next" would be blue.

I could not find the .msstyle on the Skydrive.

Post a link from where you got the theme not from Skydrive.

I am new to this whole theming thing, and I am not sure how to use the information you gave me to alter the theme. I was wondering if you could just change it yourself and send me a link to download the edited file. I would really appreciate it. I just want it to be the same color as the darker shade of black on the start menu. The whole theme is black besides this one part so I really think it would look better if it was changed. I dont want the background color of the scrollbar changed, just keep it white.

Where did you get this theme?

You need to export the images using a resource hacker, edit them with a image editor, import the edited images back in.

I got the theme from this video: ?Windows 7 Theme: Premiere Customization Pack? - YouTube
Took me a while to find the video but then I just looked in my YouTube history and it was in there.

I think I'm just going to not use a theme till a find a different one. I am not that familiar with these things.

You would need to ask the theme maker if it's OK for me to edit it and post it here, it's not cool to edit someone else work.
