Try this in the zip file
Make sure you are using a Bacic Theme (Windows Classic) log off & log on go to
C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero\ in there rename the aero to aeroold & put the
aero I did in there. Now your aero theme will be what you want. If you need to go back
Repeat & rename the aeroold back to aero

Are you talking about the outside white line if so that was in the other one to I just checked.

I can change that to but you will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
