    Good Windows Theme Making Tool?


    Does anybody know a good windows theme making tool?
    I want to do a complete resin of my computer
    like..
    custom ui sprites
    custom overlay sprites
    custom bar sprites
    custom colors

    basically a complete reskin of win7
    I have found this program however it doesn't seem to work properly(has ton of bugs?)
    and I don't really trust it to buy it online

    Edit: also did I mention I would like to use it in a visual studio form application too

    I personally use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder it is not free it is $27.53 US after purchasing you can join their forum at VistaStyleBuilder - Index you need your email address and license key to join and there is excellent help there with maps showing the different locations.

Thanks for the post on that Subject Do you happen to know a good tool for making Theme sounds ? I been making my own Theme Scheme's and such even Designed a few folders for screen saver I just want to make the theme have it's own sound appeal but a good program that will get it done...
I tried Kaspersky but I believe it is good but may be a tad slow and even annoying sometimes.... with all those pop ups. I do not go to any funky sites, etc etc... more like developers sites, some news sites. kids go to hello kitty sites, and some kids talk sites etc... suggestions?
