UxStyle Core Beta, Unsigned Theme cannot start in Windows 7 64bit 7600

Hi, I'm very frustrated now because it's been 3 days now that I can't get even 1 single Glass theme to work.
The taskbar and Start menu is like a Windows95 mode and before I post a thread here I already read some threads with problems the same as my issue but it doesn't works for me.

    I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit(x86) 7600

First I tried Universal Theme Patcher for 64bit which is x86 but no luck. I restored the patch and do Sfc /scannow three times then reboot.

Then I'm working with Uxstyle core beta which is works for most of the people Using windows 7.
But the problem is when I start the Unsigned Theme from Service Menu this thing keeps popping up (Error 2 the system cannot find the file specified)

How to install Windows 7 Themes
I did the troubleshooting Unsigned theme, I Downloaded Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistribute Package and Install and rebooted even it doesn't say so and it doesn't work.

I also did this trick: stop and start the Desktop Window Manager Session but It doesn't make the Unsigned Theme to work.

and now when I turned on my computer the first thing I do is running sfc /scannow over and over again.... just to fix things up.

Any help is appreciated just like you do to a homeless man to make it smile.
    sorry for my english.

Solved.... I ran 8 times of sfc /scannow and uninstall UxStyle then Reboot. And switch back to Aero default theme for windows7 (as I decided to quit using theme) BUT!. I used Universal Theme Patcher -64bit for the last time but the Themeservice.dll is missing like you can't patch it(I Closed it) I searched for that file and I found it in System32 folder and take FullControl of it by Right Click Properties, Security Tab, Advanced, Changed Permission then Click ("Name"-Pc\user) then Click Edit, check the box Full Control then Apply. Now close the properties tab and window. Now open a window again where the file themeservice.dll is and copy and paste it to sysWOW64.

Now Open the Universal Theme Patcher -64 and there it is ready to patch. I patch the Themeservice.dll first then Themeui.dll and the last Uxtheme.dll then reboot.
I select one of the Themes from Devianart I downloaded and i'm expecting that nothing happens... again....
But it was like a magic! I figured it out myself.
