Windows 7: os tan offical theme

As some of you may know in japan Microsoft have released windows 7 ultimate with an official os tan theme which is available for download if you look hard enough.



You can see a video with all the sound effects below but don't ask me about the character in the right hand of the screen as im not sure what application is used for that and would like to know myself.
