| | **That theme is not for Windows 7** First: You need to patch your system using either one of these UxTheme Patcher 32-bit or UxTheme Patcher 64-bit Then: Unzip the file using winrar to desktop, Open Visual Style folder, Open FlamaCompact folder hold shift and click Shell & FlamaCompact.msstyles and paste them into C:\Windows\Resources\Themes folder.
