Windows 7 - Patched 7 Ent, does not allow theme change?

| | Patched 7 Ent, does not allow theme change? I have tinkered for awhile with msstyles on xp and on my win 7 RC1 not too long ago. recently was allowed to run it @ work, though when applying said themes from deviantart. I do not get any results, even with a patched system (3 system files first, restored and then uxstyle.com). I still return the result where I cannot use an aftermarket theme, I have run the find and fix from google searches and it detects no problems. I have also used the 9.12 drivers for my ATI 2400 XT (shows up as Pro now). What am I overlooking? |
