Windows 7: Please answer ASAP, my themes personalization is empty!

when i press properties, then personlize theme, i get a blank screen, so i cannot see my active themes, i think i messed up with the universal patcher, and the problem is that i cannot restore or patch any of the 3 files..... help!!!!

hmmm. Strange. Goto your root directory, windows, resources, themes and check whether there are any files. If yes and they are msstyles, double click on it to load the theme. If loaded, check again in personalization.

i went to resources, and themes and they r files but nothing happens when i double click on them nothing happens

Sounds like you may want to try this tutorial...SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker You'll have to repatch after that or use this instead, which is not a patch but will enable custom themes....Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7 Hope that helps you out.

thank you, it worked, but now i have another problem. aero stopped working and i get classic taskbar and everything, and i keep changing themes, and it doesnt work, i have already tried troubleshooting it with windows, and it didnt work, help again ^^

Did you do this part Enabling Custom Themes - Windows 7 That will fix your custom themes.

When you go into personalization, there are diff category of themes. Under the Aero category select any1 and check whether it works. Also try to update ur video adapter drivers.
