Help! No themes, wallpapers or screensaver options!

    Hi folks!

Basically, I've upgraded from Vista Home Premium, to Seven Ultimate...all good. I had a go at custom themes on seven, and well...i think i messed up. I no longer have the original shsvcs.dll, themeui.dll, and uxtheme.dl, so is there any way I can get these back? Also, none of the original themes are showing up at all in the personalize menu (see attachment) youll notice that it says loading under various things as well. Well, it never loads Also if i click any of the desktop icon option down the side I get the error "Your system administrator has disabled launching of the display control panel", well I haven't, because I'm the system administrator. HELP!

Have you tried using system restore? (type system restore into the start menu search)
Try opening command promt with Administrator Privilages (Start Menu>All Programs>Accessories>Right Click Command Promt and run as Admin)
    Type sfc /scannow

Or you could try a repair install
