Windows 7: Themes upset settings

Themes upset settings

Whenever I change the desktop themes it upsets my pointer and sound settings, ( it resets to default) is this right or wrong?

that is normal behavior. you start with a default and customize it how you see fit. try saving your sound theme to make it easier to set up.

The default sounds for my avast a/v is no sounds is that right?
Everytime I change the desktop themes I lose my avast sounds. So I have to reapply them.
