Windows 7: winRAR takes over theme file

winRAR takes over theme file

when i was using windows vista i downloaded a themepack (for the picture) and used winRAR to open it winrar took over the permissions for it. when i upgraded to windows 7. i downloaded another theme pack and winrar opened automaically i cant install the theme with it. when i uninstalled winrar i couldnt find a program to open it. is there one. sorry this is so long

Use this to take back ownership of the file
Take Ownership Shortcut

WinRAR shouldnt be taking ownership of the file,are you using the Extract to and pointing it towards a folder?
