Where to find custom themes are saved?

Good morning.

As for custom themes that I have saved on time in personal themes, I wanted to know which path is nestled on my theme, because I save it to another medium to be able to restore from the format.
I went in the path C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes but I've found, where the hell you hiding?

Thanks

All your saved themes go here,

C:\Users\Your User name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

You need to have your folder options set to show hidden folders to see the AdppData folder.

All your installed themes go in,

C: \ Windows \ Resources \ Themes

I have a bunch of themes I designed in XP by modifying the Windows Classic theme in Properties > Appearance. How can I get them to work in Windows 7? The file extension is .theme. I tried putting them in C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes, but that didn't seem to work. Thanks, Ellen

What folder are themes saved too?
I downloaded all of the theme's from Microsoft's website. They are saved as ".themepack" Where do I need to move them to in order for them to show up with the rest of the "Aero Theme's", instead of under "My theme's"? Make sense?

Mouse appearance settings (from themes) not saved after reboot
I'm using Win7 Ultimate x64 and I downloaded a Starcraft 2 Theme that changes the mouse cursor appearance. All is well after installing the theme but when I restart/shutdown the laptop, it will revert to the default mouse cursor appearance. Weird thing is that when I go to the "Mouse" settings in...
