Several things are going on here. First have you run WEI (windows experience index)?

You are running extremely thin on ram, and you video card wants to steal more to run, so you are in a catch 22.

Third you probably need to install your video driver.

Sure, go to the computer manufacturer's site and look up your machine in the Drivers and Downloads section.

    Note:

ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7500 does NOT support aero, in fact there isn't any official Windows 7 driver for it.
It was already dropped on Vista.

You could try the Vista ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000 for it, but chances on it working are slim.

You will be most likely stuck with wrong resolution 1280x1024

Nice suggestion Jonathan, but that trick is bogus.

It only works on cards that do have Aero support, but for some reason do not show it.

It will never enable any dx8 card, or dx9 without shader 2.0 to show Aero.

    No point in trying.
