Edit an existing theme

I use the "NASA Hidden Universe" and the "South Africa" themes. I really like these two themes. However, I would like to add a picture or two to one of these so the picture would be included in the slide show. Can this be done?

Look in C, windows, web, wallpaper. you can add them to the folders there.

Edit: I just downloaded the nasa theme, It's here,

C, users, username, AppData, Local, Microsoft, Windows, Themes. There's a wallpapers folder there.
Sorry for the confusion.
