    Software for making custom themes

    Hi.
I know there's some software to create your own custom themes, but I can't find it.
Can someone send me a link, please? =)

You don't need any special software to create a theme, you got Windows 7

    Check this
Theme Pack - Create, Save, Install, and Delete

PS: Check options one and two

Hi Gladson pal ... a themepack is a zip that contains a theme information based on default aero with some wallpapers, icons and sound schemes. A themepack cannot change the shell color , taskbar - startmenu design , or window border styles and much more things . To change these parts of your theme, you are to make a complete theme, and till date only one popular app is there in this regard is Ave's Style Builder.
