Request for a wallpaper

I have this file picture but unfortunately the resolution is very small. Could some of you Photoshop maestros sort of edit this picture so it becomes 1600x900 res where the circuits take up the entire wallpaper.

Not by stretching it but copying certain parts of the picture and pasting them around the edges. Normally i could do this but the circuitry is a little too complex.

Thanks! This site is yet to let me down

edit: The picture is in .png format, so it's transparent, not white.

that's pretty good, but there's no transparency which i need.

But i still feel that having the circuit design would look better. Is it hard to do?
