    Hello ! i too running windows 7 ultimate 32-bit.

    i have exact the same problem like this but the only different thing is i use a laptop.

    when i tried to install the biostar windows vista vga driver, it said "no compatible hardware detected"

    my video card is standard vga
    laptop is HP Mini 210-1000.

    i m also using windows 7 ultimate 32 bit . bt my display driver not suppoted the arrow effects. it says


    The current video card may support Aero with a driver that is compliant with the Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM). Contact the manufacturer of your computer or video card for a WDDM-compatible driver.

    I download driver for Vista from biostar which u provide link previously bt it didnt work.

    If you go back and install ALL of your VGA drivers, Aero should start to work.

    Does this help?

    hey i m a new user...
    i hve win 7 32-bit and i want to troubleshoot the prmblem with the aero effects and themes...its looking filthy..the aero effects option is coming bt it is not highlighted and i cant click on it.......i
    HELP!!!!
    Also, when i click on the trouble shoot option it says"windows cannot find the problem"
