Things that should happen upon startup

Hello.

I've got a series of desktop wallpapers and I've stuck 'em all in the Wallpaper Changer Bit that comes with Windows, which is good in that I can set it to changing every few minutes to every hour and what the fork ever... It does everything but one option, which is ofcourse the option I want: Change upon every boot.
Is there a little hack, crack or workaround to get Windows to do that?

And there's another thing that I want to happen at startup.
In "sounds" I can set the check to "play Windows Startup" on or off, I can't change the sound, however.
If I want to hear the intro to "Sunshine Of Your Love" (I had to work it in here) to play, I have to stick it in as the login sound, but whenever I come back from my screensaver and login again, it plays again. Which is logical, really, but I'd like to have it as the Windows startup and then use something more subtle for the login.
Can I cahnge it somehow, somewhere... sometime?

And, while I've got your attention: Can I get some icons somewhere? I used to check Wincustomize, but it doesn't seem to have alot of good stuff left.

Right, thanks for your time!

I activated Aero and tried it out. I thought at first it was locked up but I saw the mouse cursor was still...
