How many time should I let it run ?

I'll only see a popup if a get an error ?

Let it run for maybe 24 hours, while using your computer normally. If it finds an error, you will get a BSOD, which should be uploaded for analysis.

When I did verified /query it returns date time and no drivers verified message. Ideas?

Sounds like the Verifier settings were never saved. Did you reboot after enabling Driver Verifier?

You might just give it another try. Did you see the "You must restart your computer to save changes" message?

I did see the message yes and restarted again...no change

I'm reading your other thread now; are you verifying any drivers other than the NIC one? If that's the only driver you're trying to verify, then I might be tempted to suspect the two issues are the same.
