    NOTE: The default time is 5 seconds. Entering anything lower will still have a 5 second wait though.

    Option Two proved useful lately when someone wanted to know how to extend the time for keeping notifications onscreen much longer! All too often people were always looking to disable it rather then seeing any remain onscreen maybe all day long? while the user was away.

    At first the advice was going to the Ease of Access settings in order to bring it up to the 5 minute setting there. I knew there had to be a DWord common denominator in order to change the data value and then came across this one! "oldie but goodie"!

My drop-down menus will not stay open long enough to make a selection, also the borders on all my opened apps.are flashing about once a second. Has anyone ever had this problem and has a fix.
this may have been covered but i have searched on here as well as deviant art for files or packages to change this... Does anyone know how to theme the balloons that pop up from the taskbar like say when a download completes or something is synchronized? ...
