Hello Cartel,
The enable REG file download removes the registry entry to allow getting the prompt. If you wanted to stop the prompt, then you would want to use the disable REG download instead.
Hope this helps,

This tutorial is a life saver. Every time I tried to compute the MD5 Sum of a downloaded exe in Windows 7 via context menu, it was triggering that security dialog. Brink,
I tried this and found that it worked on all files. I have one file that triggers the security warning on computer startup or reboot. I would like to disable the security warning on that file only. Can it be done? | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Clone OS W7 Ultimate CPU AMD Athlon Duel Core 300MB Motherboard Asus M2N-VM-DVI Memory 2G Graphics Card On MB Sound Card On MB Monitor(s) Displays Samsung 19" Hard Drives wd 80

Hello Mariner,
This tutorial only allows or prevents the ability to unblock files to stop the security message. To actually unblock the file, you would use the tutorial below instead.
