Open Command Window Here - Add or Remove Shift + Right Click

    By default, you can press and hold the Shift key and right click on a folder or inside a folder to see the "Open command window here" context menu.

    All I know is what I experienced at the time...

    I was using Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit

    ...and the registry tweak was 'fixed' for my problem apparently.

    Now I'm using Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit ...and the default appears to be different, but the command window as admin tweak still works, it seems.

    If I run across a Win7 system, I may look at it again.
