   Information
You can provide a default location for programs to use when a location sensor, such as a GPS receiver, is unavailable. All programs and users on the computer can use the default location.

This will show you how to download or create a Default Location shortcut in Windows 7.

You can also Pin to Taskbar or Pin to Start Menu this shortcut, or move where you like for easy use.
