Thanks for responding promptly, Shawn!
Yeah, I made sure. It was E: for me.
I did all of it correctly 3 separate times, but it still won't boot up the windows logo at all! /:

And my sizes are different, but none of them are 0.
If I could, I would use a system restore point, but it seems I didn't make any on my laptop. Ugh.

Ricky,

Seems like you may need to backup what you can with the Pepermint3 USB or what you like, and reinstall Windows.

Damn it. So i'm guessing I have to buy an external hard drive?
A shop wouldn't be able to do anything about it? /:

Sure, a computer shop would be able to do it for you for a nice price.

You don't have to buy another external HDD. Do you have another internal HDD or USB key that you could copy the files to?

Well, I honestly wouldn't mind the price at this point!
Only thing I'm afraid of is them losing my data! I've heard terrible stories. Haha.

But I posted in the other thread asking if I could transfer it to my desktop with a usb cable, but he said no..
Is that true?

Yes, you would need to copy to a USB flash drive, memory card, or some other external removable drive.

Okay, do you think I'd be wasting my time messing around with a repair disk?
This is my last resort before I take it to a shop..

Ricky,

Since it has failed to be repaired, then I would say it would be best to backup and reinstall Windows 7. Whether you pay a shop to do it for you or not is up to you.

Agree - we can help you reinstall quite easily, but use the PepperMint3 tutorial to backup your files as suggested.
