Windows 7 embedded Standard 32-Bit
WES7 - Windows embedded 7 Standard

I'm facing the not applicable for your OS message if I try to install the Win7 help patch on a Windows 7 embedded system. (The update and also the help file works fine on a Windows 7 Home).

Does anyone has an idea what I could do to enable the win32 help on windows 7 embedded?
I would appreciate any idea or help.

Thanks a lot.

64-bit Windows 10 Pro

Hello Lucky, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Did you try the 32-bit version below? If so, it doesn't appear to be compatible with Windows Embedded.

Windows 7 embedded Standard 32-Bit

Thanks for the welcome and the incredibly fast response!

Yes I used the 32-Bit version below, and yes I already feared that it is not compatible, but I supposed/hopped that there could be a way how to run it also on embedded
Even that the installer doesn't let me install it.

Embedded shouldn't be too different from the default windows 7 version:

You could see if using compatibility mode on the installer may help, but I wouldn't think so in this case.
