You would have to slipstream both 32bit and 64bit versions of SP1 at the exact same time when having both kernels on the same disk. You won't be able to slipstream let's say the 64bit SP1 after the 32bit has been applied. You would immediately run into a conflict.
One concept which might make it possible would take some imagination as well as some other 3rd party help of creating two separate ISOs(32, 64bit) and then finding a way to burn both images onto the same blank made bootable with some type of iso selector for choosing which kernel would be installed or used for a repair. For all practical application besides some advanced programming involved the two separate disks or flash drives is what would be put to use by the average user and be the recommendation.
Here I still have both a dvd and flash drive slipstreamed for the 32bit but as a result of testing the program since the primary OS in use here is the 64bit Ultimate. A fast temp install on a VM would likely be the only need for the 32bit here at this point. For others due to hardware/driver situations they would be running the 32bit.(like the previous dsl setup here lacking 64bit support. )
