I still feel like I'm leaning to the left a bit but I guess that's just fatigue
Finally got most programs installed Now for personal files and I'm guess I'll redo my system image and make sure I do the freaking restore disk this time

You have to make an image of the C partition and then restore the image to the aligned SSD. The restore you do with a WinPE CD or stick. The Iso you can get from my OneDrive. All that's left to do then is to shut off Defrag and delete the hiberfile (optional).

    1. Download the iso and burn it cd - I use ImgBurn.

    2. Make an image of C with the Macrium that is installed on your system. If you have no Macrium on your system, you can also use the CD you just burnt (see #5). It has both imaging and recovery facilities. Study this tutorial on how to make an image. The image can be placed anywhere on an internal or external disk, but not into the C partition.

    3. Align your SSD. This tuorial tells you how to do that.

    4. Shut dwn the puter.

    5. Boot the puter with the CD you just burnt.

    6. Place the image into the partition on the SSD that you created when you aligned the SSD. For details, see the tutorial that Keith made. This process will take about 30 minutes. When done, close all Macrium windows and your puter will restart.

    7. Shut down the puter and set the SSD as #2 in the BIOS boot sequence. #1 should always be the CD ROM.

    8. If you get stuck, post back. But make sure you first understood the tutorials.

I tried Paragon and it failed to do anything,
Said 31.. minutes left and flashed and said it was done ssd is still pretty much empty :/
    wasted 15 bucks there,

Other than that this hdd obviously has no system reserved so would that make it a dynamic disk or is the ssd a dynamic disk because that would be the only reason Paragons instruction say it would fail ?

Or did I just not prepare the ssd I believe this tutorial said Paragon would do everything,
Boot order was a joke nothing was labeled as crucial

I tried the Paragon program, too, and it would only copy over a couple of partitions from the HDD to the SSD (I had four); that was $15 down the gurgler. The formatting also got messed up. I had the same problem with Samsung's migration program. I tried cloning the HDD to the SSD with Macrium Reflect and everything copied over perfectly. I ran WEI to make sure TRIM was on and checked the alignment with AS SSD; it was OK.
