Can we see a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image?

If the issue is indeed sector size then you may be able to rectify it using the instructions in that error bulletin, or Wolfgang can help you with this tomorrow.

I'd personally wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command then format it in Disk Mgmt as Primary marked Active to see if that is sufficient.

Yeah we need to see the SSD plugged in, and no other hard drives should be plugged in during this except source and target.

If you're trying to image your HD over to your SSD on a laptop without a second internal drive bay, then you must use the imaging option to save the image to external first.

Then power down to swap out the HD and swap in the SSD.

Boot the Macrium Disk which Wolfgang provided the ISO download for above, burned to CD with Windows Image Burner. Locate the image on the external, select C drive as source, then select the SSD as target.

You may need to format the SSD first using Partition Wizard CD or by booting the Win7 disk to create a Primary partition marked Active using steps given in SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation Step 2.2.

I've been looking for my oem disk and can't find it anywhere for this laptop I believe it was only a upgrade disk and probably didn't have sp1 on it either :/
Only my desktop had sp1 on it but it was a full version not upgrade
Nothing special on this lappy except I do need to make a driver disk which I don't have any that windows likes for some reason ?
Bad luck all the way around my friend

Follow these steps to Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

No need for a driver disk. The steps for drivers are printed in red so you can't miss them. Put your wireless driver in backup so you can install it to get online if it isn't provided during install.

Then check for Updates, install all Important and Optional until there are no more.

Once all Updates are done check Device Manager for any missing drivers, import them from the Support Downloads webpage for your laptop.

If you want Paragon to do the job automatically, you have to get this Paragon tool for $19.95. You have to read things correctly.
