    Num lock msg tirggered

    Hi Shawn,

This works great but everytime it shows/hides the files and folders the "numlock on" msg is triggered, im not sure why, i have logitech setpoint installed for my wireless keyboard and mouse...the script somehow interferes with them and displaying the numlock on msg, is there any way i can disable that?

    Hello Joseph, :)

As a test, do you see the "numlock on" message if you press F5 (refresh) the desktop?

That's the only thing in the .vbs file I see that may possibly be causing this with the Logitech software. The rest of the commands are only changing registry values for hide/show.

Yes, If you see the attachments the logitech software is showing the tooltip as "Num lock On" and if we turn off the settings inside the software(attch 2) then the message is not shown....but I would like to have this message shown..

Possible to add Keyboard shortcut for this?

    Hi Shawn,

As days goes by this is the only script I use it daily...Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut instead of right click and click "show all hidden files" ?

    Hello Joseph,

You could create a shortcut of the VBS file on the desktop, in the Start menu, or pinned to the taskbar or Start menu.

Afterwards, assign a keyboard shortcut like below to this VBS shortcut to use.
