    Not showing any specs

Hello Brink, I am new to this forum and I am trying to fill in my system specs. Whenever I open the program, it says 'Invalid Class See contacts in Help - About menu'. I checked in Help and there was only About system info. Please can you help as I was going to post my first thread and wanted to fill in system specs before that. Thank you.

Hello Vinush, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Do you have all of your Windows Updates installed?

You might also see if right clicking on it and using Run as administrator may help.

Hope this helps for now until the program developer may be able to help further if needed. :)

I have installed all my updates and run the program as an administrator. I am still getting the same error message.

Ok. I sent a message for the developer to take a look when he's able to. Hopefully soon for you. :)

Are there any requirements for what "Net Framework" is needed for SystemInfo.exe ?
Here is a thread i helped with, and it seems like it, but i'm just guessing ...

    Hello David,

I believe that the developer CyberZeus had updated this a while back to where the default Net Framework should be all that's needed now. You might check to make sure that they have all of their Windows Updates installed for this to see if it may help.

    Hi Shawn,
    Thanks, i appreciate it :)
I posted the question to the OP/thread with the lan driver issue.

Maybe this more of a question for CyberZeus ?

If someone is current with Windows updates, is it possible they might not have any NET Framework installed?

If they don't, should they get prompted to install NET framework for this...?

    Thanks !
    David

edit: found out windows updates were not current...

Yeah CyberZeus would be best for the program itself.

By default, Net Framework 3.5 is included in Windows 7, and is updated to 4 through Windows Update unless Net Framework was turned off in Windows Features.

    EDIT:
Ah, perfect. Glad it is working for them now. :)

Great work. This forum never ceases to amaze me.

Is there a preferred place in one's profile for adding the system specs for a second computer? I know I'll have to add it manually, I just want to make sure I put it where helpful folks might tend to look.

    :)

    Hi,

Nope, you can add it in wherever you like - and welcome to SevenForums.
