Hello MourrningStar,

If you wanted to make it transparent or invisible, you may be able to use the same method in the tutorial below with a shortcut of the CTI folder along with the this.

Taskbar - Pin Invisible Icon for a Program

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Hi Shawn -

Thnx for the reply. Did you get your procedure to work? I'm stumped. When I go to add a new toolbar I am not able to select the 'icon-less' shortcut. It seems it has to be a folder. I'm sure I am not doing the right steps.

Is there an alternative program like Taskdock? I like the supposed functionality of Taskdock, where it should automagically align the icons when new, unpinned programs are running. Though that doesn't work on my computer, so I'm looking for an alternative.

You can use Style Builder to let it automatically align the dock items to center; just set content margins of the taskbar buttons to like 100,100,0,0.
