That's correct. RACAgent.exe is not in Windows 8.1.

If you like, you could use perfmon /rel to directly open Reliability Monitor with instead.

    Hi Brink
My problem: Windows 7 64bit Home Premium, When I open the Reliability Report, sometimes it is populated with data, I can reopen the report 10 minutes later and the report is bare, with no data or even a date, (refreshing the window, causes the same problems), sometimes the data is there but it can be a week behind! Then checking again...everything is back to normal. I tried installed an image from May 2015, but on updating the programs and software I still have the same issues. Very unstable! Will this bat file correct my issues?
    In anticipation, Thanks

    Hello Stu, :)

It depends on what's wrong with it, but if it's just some corruption it may help.

    Hi Brink,
It is possible to reset the reliability monitor without erasing the informational events (Updates, etc.)?

    Hi,
Just wondering does system protection have to be enabled for this to function ?
Okay switched to weeks and it showed activity in the blue line :)

System Protection should have no affect on this. :)

Seems so it sort of freaked me out a tad not showing any errors
Or successful updates installs either which it used too :/

    Hi Brink,
By accident, once I was running the file and rebooted the notebook. The information events still there and the rest was gone.
I am wondering if it is a command line that didn't run because of the reboot!

The reboot must have interfered before it cleared the events. Hopefully, the others won't be restored after the next restart without it being fully reset.
