    after running that recovery command my drive is status is this whats this means now

    From your screenshot, it looks like it may be a permissions issue instead.

    As a test, use the tutorial below to add a "Take Ownership" context menu, then take ownership of the E: drive to see if that may allow you to be able to access it afterwards.
