I had same problem with download. Got to 1.9GB and it just sat there -never went further. I actually let it go all night-no change. Trying again.

Blkfeather, I was getting that last night but I tried it on our wired PC this morning and it did D/L and I managed to burn to USB but I haven't had time to test yet. Apart from being able to boot from it. The dell community have been less than helpful... "Oh why don't you clone your drive" etc so it looks like 'new drive, fresh install' and go from there . Try and try again, and maybe try wired like I did. I'll let you know if it works

Had a lot of trouble downloading the Windows 7 Home Premium .iso file, but it finally finished. I would really appreciate if anyone could verify the size of the file before i try to use it. Although the file was supposed to be 3.1GB, and thats what my browser said got downloaded, when i click on file properties it says 2.49GB /2,619,392KB. It was the X17-58997.iso. If anyone downloaded the same .iso , I'd appreciate if you could look at the properties and verify if I"ve got the whole file. Thanks alot!

If it keeps failing then try another browser, another PC, another network.

Check the hashes.

You can use hashcheck for that. Download Hashcheck Installer (85 KiB)
