I used UxStyle Core x64 to change my progress bars from green to blue.

Do I still need to use the Universal UXTheme Patcher?

Anyone know of anymore places where i can find more Custom themes that don't need system files to be replaced? (Iv'e already patched those 3 files with UXTheme Patcher.)

(System files such as explorer.exe and ieframe.dll)

Next thing to do is to find the folder and the theme file from the 'Theme' folder in the theme download. Place those two in the Themes folder in Windows (C:\Windows\Resources\Themes) and apply the theme in the personalization menu :)
