| | I switched on my computer and discovered that "folder" was missing and "briefcase" was in its place. I downloaded "Folder_New_Context_Menu_Item.zip file." and installed that to bring back my "folder" but it didn't work. I can delete/install "briefcase" but I can't bring back "folder" can you help please. I am not a computer expert - thank you. |

| | Hello Ianeon, and welcome to Seven Forums. See if using the Folder download option in this tutorial below to restore all of it's default associations may be able to help with this as well. Default File Type Associations - Restore If not, then try a system restore using a restore point dated when you know that Folder was still in the New context menu. Hope this helps, Shawn |
