| | As a test, create a new administrator account to see how the New context menu works while logged on to it. If it still does not work, then you could try doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this started to hopefully undo and fix it. |

| | This worked for me! Thanks Shawn. I dealt with this problem for months. There were work-a-rounds but now resolution. I had to actually "remove" the default menu first and then "restore" it. That's probably what the instructions said to do in the first place...right? Thanks again. Gramps98 |

| | My problem solved by changing folder access permission (security) for my user, i set it allow full control and it works. Permissions - Allow or Deny Users and Groups Last edited by Brink; 20 Dec 2012 at 12:11 PM.. Reason: added tutorial link for more info |
