SIW Why don't we get folks to unpack the files (to get the sources) and then use the Microsoft USB/DVD Download tool to take those sources and make it either a DVD or a bootable USB

The tool is FREE and it should elimnate the need to build the ISO manually

You have to have an .iso to use that. It will burn the .iso, or extract it to usb for you.
by "etc" what do I type in?
If it is on your desktop, do this:
C:\windows\system32>oscdimg -u2 -b"C:\Documents and Settings\Josh\Desktop\expandedSetup\boot\etfsboot.com" -h "C:\Documents and Settings\Josh\Desktop\expandedSetup" C:\7.iso
