Ok so i Rt clicked on the folder and ran it as admin - I get the Unloading Box Progress bar:
When it reaches the end of the progress bar I haer a error bell and this prompt appears on the screen:
We are unable to create or save new files in the folder in which this application was downloaded. Please check the folder properties to make sure that you have security permission on the folder to write files and that the folder is not read-only.
Is that normal? I got the same error at the end of the uploading box progress. I went through options and set access to my account but the problem still occurs. I've tried to do the boot, it worked, but I'm afraid there will be missing files for the setup... Is your folder size 3.01 GB (3,239,963,196 bytes)? I have the same problem as you but I think it is fine. According to SIW2 its the correct size. | My System Specs

Final Update: The originally described method words just fine. I strongly recommend you download the entire Windows Automated Install Kit (1 gig), as the posted oscdimg.exe file did not work for me.
I finished installing and am running Windows 7 now from a clean install that including formatting my Vista drive! | My System Specs

I have this in the command prompt:
oscdimg.exe -u2 -b"C:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop\expandedSetup\boot\etfsboot.com" -lWIN_EN_DVD -h "C:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop\expandedSetup" C:\7.iso
But when I hit enter, I get this:
ERROR:Unable to create file "C:\7.iso"
Error5: Acess is denied.
Did I do something wrong? | My System Specs

Okay, I'm going to give it a try. I was able to make the iso successfully. Hopefully the unloading process doesn't give me a problem when I'm installing. I'll update later when I'm done backing up my files. | My System Specs
