    How to Completely Uninstall IObit Products


       Information
    This tutorial will guide you through removing IObit products products completely from your machine.

    This guide assumes you have no antivirus protection installed at the moment. If you do, disable it during this guide as it may interfere with this procedure.

       Warning
    Always Uninstall Iobit products the proper way through Control Panel - Uninstall A Program when possible.

    Then continue to this method. If the uninstaller fails for whatever reason, then attempt this method as well.

    This is a tool not provided by the company iobit, and by an independent party who has researched the leftover remains after the uninstaller completes. Continue at your own risk.



    1.) First, download the IOBIT removal tool here for your system:
    2.) Close all programs. Open the file you just downloaded by right clicking the file, and choosing run as administrator. Click Continue OR Yes on the UAC prompt to continue.


    3.) The utility opens, it will look like the picture below.
    4.) Check the top box to select all iobit products, or check the ones you want to remove. Then click GO. You will then be prompted if you are sure you want to continue. Click yes. The programs will start to be removed. During the process you will see the progress bar. Do not interrupt the process.
    5.) Click ok when it informs you it is done, and then restart the PC.
    6.) You're finished!

    Very handy Andrew and myself I have also used regedit > HKEYS - LOCAL MACHINE and CURRENT USER > Software/s listings to delete the Iobit entries but that is just me being a little pedantic I suppose

    Ya, this is more for the average user. It is always better to manually find and remove entries.

    Deleting IOBit programs


    I'm having major problems removing IOBit program which is preventing me from installing a new anti-virus program
    I've tried following instructions but the program is still there! Really frustrated now - any help much appreciated- but in simple to follow instructions please

    Yep agreed as I reckon most of the average users could be a little intimidated by the regedit course.
